H-Farm is a campus where entrepreneurs, professionals and students live, work and interact with each other. At the entrance to the lagoon of Venice, Italy, the campus has recently been extended with 452,084 ft² of buildings and more than 40 hectares of park and woodland. This makes H-Farm Europe’s largest innovation hub. The campus is sustainable and self-sufficient. Innovative and sustainable materials were selected for the expansion. For the floors in the student and study areas, the architects opted for the FSC® certified floor MOSO® Purebamboo Plain Pressed Caramel. The floor is not only hard and durable, but it also gives the industrial interior a warm appearance.
The architecture firm ZAA – Zanon Architetti Associati, represented by Mariano Zanon, was awarded the “Italian Architect of 2020” prize thanks to the H-Farm project.
